It’s quite easy to get caught up in the anxiety of the immeasurable number of problems we may encounter in life. In youth, life is volatile – full of surprises, and as we grow, we have two options: We can focus only on what is happening in the present, or we can look forward to the future.

Everything we do today has the potential to become treasured memories in the future. So why not make the most of our future memories?

Above the Sea

It’s just you and me.

Above the clouds,

Drifting over the sea,

Our feet recede into shallows

Like a solitary raindrop.

The vast cerulean mirror

Shines and shimmers,

Reflections of us with a

Nimbus above each crown.

The vault of heaven,

At the zenith above,

Windless still, opens up to

Brisk, awakening air.

Our careworn visages

Dissolve within the waters;

My spirit enraptured

As you stand next to me.

Some Other Day

Every person has an idea of the person they want to become in the future through their ambitions. Some Other Day illustrates the narrative of that growing anticipation in the form of a slow-moving, pensive piece of music that is intensified through multilayered ebbs and flows.

Growth is a gradual process, brought about by continuous cultivation. And as one continues their journey, they may be able to catch glimpses of what their future could become, but rather than be overcome by the expectations and pressures of one’s prospective aspirations, it is crucial to take this journey gradually and steadily, step by step.

Raindrops at Nightfall

As the day comes to a close, the clouds descend onto the stony sidewalks. You stroll down the melancholy street, heading home alone. And as the street lamps lightly flicker, you can feel an atmosphere of peace take shape as droplets of cool rain caress your cheeks. A distant peal of thunder rumbles through your soul.

This downpour washes away your sorrows and joys alike. Memories of your day with friends slowly fade away as you walk through the empty misty street. They all seem so far away right now; and yet, you know they’ll always be there, right beside you. You will continue to walk, even when the rain gets harder.

Please Don't Go

It’s hard to say goodbye to someone you enjoy spending time with, even if you know you will see them again soon. Because you treasure all the moments and memories you share with them, you never want the memories or the person to depart.

However, it is important to note that this pain is a blessing. You are fortunate to have someone whom you can care so much about – someone who makes saying goodbye so hard.

Lullaby of Light

This lullaby illuminates the light of the perseverance and determination of the human spirit, in spite of difficult circumstances. Despite countless failures, one can always push through to build themselves up with the help of the lessons learned from these disappointments.

It’s always possible to learn from your mistakes in order to cultivate yourself into a better person. This optimism and resolution is what makes our light eternal.

From My Heart

When was the last time you told someone you appreciated them? It may seem impossible to put your heartfelt emotions explicitly into words; however, it’s imperative to express your affections towards the people you treasure from time to time.

When you give your heart to someone, you present to them a piece of yourself and show them the ways they have changed your life for the better.

Never Alone

It can be incredibly difficult to move on after a tragedy; it’s truly a monumental mission. It can be easy to feel like you hold the whole world on your shoulders – that this is a journey only you can undertake, but you are never alone.

You can share your burdens with those who truly care about you to lighten the load. It doesn’t have to be a solitary trudge through the valley. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel. You can have hope through your friends and family that will guide you through the road to recovery.

Our Lives Together

To love means to build a future together, to share a life together, and to work together to make each others’ dreams come true. This partnership involves dedicated self-sacrifice for the purpose of creating the best environment and memories for one’s partner.

These future memories are not created alone; they are the union of brand new beginnings, shared reminiscences, and reluctant departures. They are the collaboration of joyful triumphs and downcast lows. All of these experiences together merge two people into one connected soul, and together, they stand as one.
